[C320-list] Power Cord

If any of you get the Active Captain weekly newsletter, there is some
interesting warnings about shore power. One of the items Jeff Siegle
discusses is the heat in the power cord which indicates a problem. With
smartplug having a thermal breaker that would be a benefit.
