We bought Wonky Dog at Tidewater Marina.  We still keep her in a slip there
for now.

After spending a few days reading up on reliable surveyors in the
Northeast we ended up opting not to go with a local surveyor.   We used
Jonathan Sands out of Fort Lauderdale.   It was a tad more expensive to go
that route, but he was fantastic.  I would be happy to share with you his
report on our boat if you want to see a sampling of his work.
