[C320-list] Engine seacock and no water out the exhaust - 27 hp, 3G Yanmar

Word of warning. I zip tied my holding tank discharge thru hull closed to be able to show the authorities that I was not discharging. After about two years, the thru hull suddenly split wide open and the boat almost sank. My post incident failure analysis showed me that I had zip tied the handle to a large adjacent hose that vibrated at certain speeds under power. To make matters worse, the zip tie load was perpendicular to the normal load to rotate the handle. This vibration fatigued the thru hull body and caused catastrophic failure.
