[C320-list] Engine seacock and no water out the exhaust - 27 hp, 3G Yanmar

Haven't watched the video yet, but we loosen the adjustment bracket and
remove the bolt holding the pump, remove the outlet hose and turn it around
also. The screws haven't ever been an issue for us.

If you have the European Yanmar 3GM30F the Johnson pump for this does not
have the rubber O-Ring, it uses a paper gasket instead. For those with this
pump, then the Speed Seal is a good enhancement because you don't have to
worry about the paper gasket.

For those with the older Japanese Yanmar 3GM30F with the Johnson pump, this
has a rubber O-Ring separating the backing plate from the pump body. That's
the pump we have and the stock bolts have never been an issue and the Speed
Seal wouldn't add much value. You could just get some threaded thumb screws
and have your own Speed Seal.

If you have a European Engine and find yourself in need of a new pump,
consider getting the newer model of pump with the O-Ring next time you
replace the pump. They're interchangeable from what I've seen (assuming
they even still make the one with the paper gasket).

A couple of comments on the impeller change. Even if you aren't changing
the belts, it's far easier to remove the pump and turn it around like shown
in the video. I tried not to do that the first time I changed it and it was
a bear and took twice as long. Another trick is to put a zip tie around the
new impeller blades and tighten it until the blades are deformed in the
direction of the old impeller and then slip it off as you push the impeller
home. Nice video. Filmed on Oriental NC where we keep our boat.
