Hi John,
Unless Catalina changed the material I would think it is most likely polycarbonate. Polycarbonate is very sensitive to chemicals and that may be what cracked your "glass". As I recall the guy in the boat next to me was using soft scrub on his deck. So I tried it and washed the outside of the Odyssey right before leaving to go home. As I was locking up I notice several drips of the soft scrub running down the window above the stove and since I was running late I figured I would wipe it off the next weekend. Big mistake!!! Next weekend the area where the drips were located was cracking in several directions. At some time I will probably replace it but I am also interested in the process that Catalina uses to secure the new window. Let us know how you make out.

Subject: [C320-list] BROKEN GLASS WINDOW
I have a broken (badly cracked) window on my boat above the stove. It
needs replacement and was wondering if anyone has done this? If I can
get the glas out I'll get some automotive place to replace it.
thanx
