West Marine or any rigging shop will do this. On the other hand learning to whip and splice is one of the pleasures of boat ownership in my view. I bought some tools and books a few years ago and after a few practice splices I was able to make a perfectly good eye splice in double braid, single braid or 3 strand line. It's a very satisfying skill to have and not that hard. I often take a splicing project with me on vacation if I know I'm going to have down time. I recommend Brian Toss Rigging website for resources to get started.
