Here is a different approach. Once the turnbuckles are in the proper
position, rotate the shroud end and turnbuckle so that the upper and lower
holes are aligned. Then, using a welding rod, bend it in two places so each
end passes through the holes. Cut each end about 2 inches long and bend
down/up towards each other. Now, should you need to adjust or remove, simply
straighten the rod ends and pull out the rod. The rod may be easily re-bent
for a new position. Can be removed without tools.
