Doug - I have not experienced your issue with the C320 rounding up easily.
I single-hand a lot, and I have extended the traveler sheets to the back of
the cockpit.  If I get a gust, then I can easily ease the traveler to reduce
heel angle.  I've found that the 320 sails best with moderate heel angles.

All, 

I took some of the feedback that I received from the members on the list a
couple weeks ago and modified my "Buying a C320" article to be more
comprehensive. I've turned it into a blog entry and featured it on my blog.
I broke out the article into two parts.
