[C320-list] Replacement handle for rear cabin door

I had the same problem of catching my jacket or pocket or something else on
the latch and it was turning into a real problem. However there is a simple
fix. Loosen the set screw on the outside handle, pull it off and then reset
the handle pointing up (lever on the bottom). This eliminates the hook on
the door.

Graeme,

The door assembly is made by SouthCo (http://www.southco.com) if I recall
correctly.

I haven't looked but perhaps their Omni Door Latch would be a direct
replacement?

They have CAD drawings so you can get dimensions to make it easier to find a
replacement. Allan's suggestion is a great one. Point the handle down and
maybe you won't catch things on it...

Is it only me that continually catches some piece of clothing or a strap or
belt on the lever-type door handle in the aft main cabin when squeezing
through the door!

I'd like to replace it with a circular 'knob-type' handle but obviously
would like to avoid hours of additional carpentry making new mortises and so
on, so ideally a like for like replacement with a different handle style.

Does anyone know anything about who makes this item of hardware or anyone
else done a similar replacement?
