[C320-list] Perkins oil change

 Is a plug on the sump or a plug on a hose like the Universal engines have?

Lew,

There is a drain plug on the starboard side of the engine, close to where the dipstick tube enters the block.  The other alternative is to extract oil through the dipstick tube.
