Chris,
There is a product available called the Mermaid Condensator.  This product
sucks the water from your pan and injects it into the hose that the water
exiting your AC and is being pumped over board. Do a search on it.

I'm in the process of installing AC.  The unit is located on the shelf in
the starboard locker.  I need to figure out how to drain the condensation
out.  I can't find a clear path to the bilge, and I'd like to avoid adding
another through-hull.  Are there any good, simple ways of doing this?
