[C320-list] Engine thru hulls

I took the engine thru hull apart today. The plastic threats have been stripped. When I turned the screw out the plastic threads were actual wrapped around the screw. 

The shut off value could not be tighten with the screw under the little white plug. Time to replace I think.

How do you get the old one out ? 

Is it 3/4 inch?

The plastic white one on the Catalina Direct looks like it does not have a shut off. 

Where do you buy a replacement?

How do you install ? 

Any help would be appreciated
