[C320-list] Mainsail Halyard Replacement

Removing a part of a halyard every few years also moves the point on the halyard where it sits both when loaded and when slack. Not a bad idea. Allow a few feet extra on a halyard so you can do this.

I am replacing my main halyard due to "hernia"
<https://goo.gl/photos/Z5RS7d8LaFnXY4QRA> it developed from rope clutch.
I intend to cut off a small portion every year to prevent this from
happening.
Extra length might be useful in the long run.
