[C320-list] Keel rust

It's hard to say for certain but it looks like this is the area where the lead keel meets the fiberglass hull.  Perhaps what is oozing out is some old filler or fairing compound that merely looks like rust.

Regardless of what it is I suggest you have a professional examine it.  Your keel bolts may not be properly tensioned.

Has the boat ever been grounded hard?
