[C320-list] Keel rust

Just spent some time on the phone with Warren Pansy at Catalina Yachts. He says The line isn't rust-its residual compound but nothing to worry about. If there was leaking in the bilge then I would worry about a problem with the stub and bolts. Some 2408 cloth to fill what I sanded off, some gel coat or Interprotect to finish filling and it should be fine. I asked about checking the bolt torque and he said that wouldn't hurt so I have requested the torque set.

Thanks everyone for your quick responses.
