Look for a crack in the muffler around one of the screws.

You say it occurs under way. Does it occur at the dock with engine in 
neutral but revved up? If only while moving then I'd look for something 
opening up under dynamic pressure. Bolts securing the strut for example, 
or a leak at the rudder tube, or a failing thru hull or bad hose 
connection. If it were me I'd have someone else drive the boat while I 
start taking things apart to track down the source. If the leak occurs 
at the dock with engine running then you can take the boat apart 
yourself without anyone else driving. But I assume your professionals 
have tried that already.
