[C320-list] Rudder?

I race A Cappella pretty regularly, with both symmetrical and asymmetrical
spinnakers and I've heard improvements to the rudder can make a big
difference downwind. Light air is no problem, but heavy air can get a little
exciting.

 

Catalina Direct offers a Rudder Craft replacement (same price if you order
direct), and I'm wondering:

 

1.      Has anyone tried this and how does it perform?

2.      Has anyone tried any different rudder modifications, and how'd that
work out?
