Doug - I have a Raymarine S1G SmartPilot computer (E12180) in perfect working condition and a flux gate compass, never used, for sale.    The SmartPilot computer came off my C320 when I upgraded to a linear drive system.  Contact me offline if interested.

Tom,

"RG Fail" indicates a problem with the Rate Gyro (Compass). The ST4000 is pretty old - parts no longer available - you may have luck finding used replacement parts on ebay. There is a strong second-hand market out there. 

I just sold all my parts recently when I upgraded or I would offer mine up.

You might also check with Dan Gerhardt C250 at mydurango.net - he is a technician who does repairs to old Raymrine gear that is no longer easily replaceable.
