[C320-list] Antifreeze

I have just finished a 6 week course on Diesel engine mechanics and maintenance. It is extremely important that you use the correct antifreeze, engine oils, and other lubricants appropriate to your engine. And frequent (more than but no fewer than recommended) changes will reduce the need for serious engine work. 
  I have a Yanmar 3MY30 engine. I use Yanmar products exclusively and bite the bullet in paying Yanmar’s premium. I am sure there are just as good and appropriate products that are cheaper, but this way I am sure I have the correct ones.
