Thanks, but I can't seem to find the documents you refer to from Allen on the association website. 

I would imagine/expect that your system and ours would be very similar (few hull numbers between our #32 and your #62), but maybe not.  I could not locate any alarm module (I unscrewed and looked behind my trapezoidal instruments panel where I expected it would be mounted). Is it somewhere else? 

For sure my red indicator is (should be) for low oil pressure (there is a faint oil can symbol on the red bezel). However, I would be hard pressed to see it, since it is lit so dimly (I have to cup my hands around the bezel to see light behind it when I turn on my key).  You didn't answer directly, but I think you are confirming that the white light is to show that the alternator is charging (the light goes off when the engine starts).......correct? I just realized today that the white lamp doesn't have a bezel covering it.  So, maybe the original bezel said what it was for.
