[C320-list] Keel Bolts

All of these are good comments and things to consider. Fortunately, I am an ex mechanic, and I have pretty good feel as long as I know the approximate torque value. I do use a torque wrench when I can and feel torque is critical such as the heads of an engine. I will take all of the comment into consideration as I prep the boat this year.
