[C320-list] Replacement Sheave for Hood Fairlead w/ Sheave?

I have four Hood Fairleads w/ Sheaves mounted on my stanchions for my
furling line.  Part number H6866, as seen

2 of them have VERY worn sheaves.  Appears to be an easily replaceable
part.  Having trouble finding just the sheave.

Anybody been able to find a replacement?
