In March I contacted Dan Gerhardt (email  C250 at mydurango.net) who quoted approximately $150 total to replace bearings, wind vane and anemometer cups on my ST50 masthead unit. I found out about him from a friend and then had it confirmed here https://theboatgalley.com/raymarine-instrument-repair/
