my friend who is a boat fixxer/ handyman stopped by boat today without me!

He said the wires were corroded and my boyfriend brought up anchor too quickly on Saturday & JAMMED it.

Reset switch, cleaned corrosion off/  GOOD AS NEW!

Whew!

We are heading to the Bahamas in May, so very happy things are breaking now!

NEXT UP:  I need to change my oil!  YIKES!  This single lady boat ownership is challenging!

I watched on YouTube and I bought the pumper thing.  Should be OK, right?

Buying some pads tomorrow for bildge.......

As always, thanks for your help and support.  I love the 320 association

I found the interior cable behind the holding tank as you seem to have done. I assumed this is the battery end of the cable buried in the deck under the sea hood.

Subject: Re: [C320-list] How deep do I drill?

Further to this - investigation showed I had drilled right through a cable so I cut back the gelcoat and dig around and eventually found a coiled length of cable with black and white cores
However I seem to have TWO ends, nit sure what is leading where? Have I drilled through some unrelated cable I wonder, nit that I can think of anything else that would run there?
The next problem is finding the other end of this cable. There is a similar cable hanging down hear the holding tank but this is not electrically continuous with the cable at the deck
Or is this cable designed to pull a new cable through rather than as an actual electrical connection?
Any help much appreciated!
Graeme
