[C320-list] Status of the Chesapeake Bay

Sassafras is clear.  Mouth of the Elk has just a few more logs than normal
to dodge.   Susquehanna channnel has a lot of nuisance debris and a few
larger branches.  Boat traffic tends to push the debris out to the edges of
the deeper channels.
