[C320-list] Traveler cleat

I bought the 1 1/4” from Catalina Direct: https://www.catalinadirect.com/index.cfm/product/1771/midship--mooring-cleat-stainless-1-14-track.cfm. Beautifully made and works well. I use it for dock spring lines so only have one. I keep it in an aft locker when underway for the reasons noted. It can rattle on the track at the dock under variable winds as the dock lines move.

Since they are expensive, we remove them in quiet waters before the boat moves out of the slip and put them back just before we get back to the slip and store them in the cockpit line bags.
