Thanks. I was able to do some troubleshooting on my old system and it appears it may be a cheap fix after all. I have a bad fan relay and the part was only $15

Though I may still end up moving the unit to the same spot that you guys chose. Awaiting photos. This might be my offseason project. My unit is currently installed in the lazarette and pulls return air from the locker. I'd like to fix that by relocating it and installing a proper isolation box with a return grille like you guys.
