[C320-list] Xantex truecharge2 40 Fault

 I have a Xantex truecharge2 40. The charger displayed a solid fault light and the charger (chgr) light was flashing / blinking. No dc output. I power cycled the ac shore power many times and still the fault was not cleared. The manual said to call tech-support. Instead I googled this issue and found the article below. The solution was to power down the AC input to the charger AND disconnect the charger from the battery. This fixed the problem.
