[C320-list] Stove screw lid

I have a seaward model 2172 stove two burner. 
 
The stainless steel lid that the burner sits on flips up. One of the screws came off and I could hear a nut fall to the bottom of the stove. 

(Screws are at the back)

It look like I have to take the back off to fix. 

Can I disconnect the gas hose at the back and re-seal the threats? Then lift the stove out. Take the back off and fix the screw. 

What is the weight of the stove and is this a two person job ?
