Bill....assuming you are talking about another engine, consider this source of parts in the United Kingdom if a rebuild of your Perkins engine (probably Perama M30 like mine) might be an option:

I bought a new water pump (OEM) from them, got it for 1/2 what I would have in the States, and got it in 3 days for only about $15 overseas shipping.  I highly recommend them.
