[C320-list] Officers

Again, not sure why I get the 320 emails..... and then nothing 
For instance...... I have seen no emails for about 3 months dealing with tech. Issues or the one to vote for officers, however I just received several emails of individuals voting ???
Any ideas on how to improve email receipt welcome..
