[C320-list] Anyone on the East Coast US selling a late model 320 with similar specs?

FWIW:No furling main, sorry.  Dutchman.
We currently have ours "sort of" listed.  Wife is waffling...  Wants to do some trips in 2019 to Dry Tortuga's and The Islands (Bahamas maybe).  We win either way.  Almost don't care to sell but giving it a shot.
Reason for listing....  If we sell it now for the asking price we break even with what we paid and put in it.  If we do all the things we want to do (if we keep it) like Davits, AIS, Generator, Maybe solar, Bimini/dodger connection, etc....  We will most likely not break even when we sell her in the future after these upgrades.
