A few of us have installed the MarvAir CR330 to remove the AC condensate using a venturi principle that deposits the water into the outgoing cooling flow. It works great, the condensate tray is always empty, the strainer has never had any significant material in it. Our unit is installed in the cockpit locker and surrounded by a wood box, so it is not subjected to detritus from the surrounding environment. I can recommend this unit or perhaps others like it.
