[C320-list] Seacock problem-need advice

Actually you can replace the seacock while in the water using a Seabung. 
See http://www.seabung.com/. I did this last year. However if the 
backing block is saturated you will need to haul the boat to have that 
removed and to rebed the through-hull with a new backing block.
