Several years ago I went to Walmart and simply turned around all the 19" TVs on display until I found one with a 110 to 12 V adapter. It was branded "Element" and cost $99.
I cut the pigtail off and wired it directly from 12V aboard and it still working just fine today. Don't need to switch it in port cuz the battery charger handles that.

Just completed the loop last summer on our Catalina 320 ... we enjoyed an
entire season of JAG DVDs playing on our Insignia (Best Buy Brand) 13" TV
with build in DVD player. Plugged it into 12V socket at anchor (110 V in
 port).
