[C320-list] Keel bolt/nut torque?

I seem to recall that Catalina’s advice is to check the keel bolt torques only occasionally and NOT on a regular basis. I think the theory is that you have an L-shaped bolt in a lead keel and after retorquing, the softer lead will give ever so slightly so next time you check the bolts seem under torqued.

Standing by to be corrected though
