[C320-list] Mast: cover for sail slugs opening

When I lost one of my sail gate plastic head thumbscrews, I replaced them
both with stainless button head socket cap screws. This presents a nice
smooth surface for the sail to slide over when raising or dropping. Just
be careful not to over tighten and use Tef Gel or similar on the threads.
