[C320-list] No hot water pressure

OK. The plot thickens. When I open the water heater's drain valve,  hot 
water comes out and the water pressure pump kicks on. The red line leaving 
the tank has warm water in it. However, after a quick-connect T fitting that 
routes the hot water around the boat, the water is cool.

Which leads me to suspect the quick-connect T fitting is clogged, maybe with 
rust?

Which leads me to my next question: How do these quick-connect fittings work 
on the red and blue water lines?
