[C320-list] Portlight Leak

Here is a down and dirty guide:
1. Remove the inside plastic trim. It should attach to the portlight with Velcro in two vertical and horizontal spots. I suggest being easy so you do not crack the trim ring.
2. Remove the gasket using a small device. As I said, I used a small pick set from Walmart. Others have used a flathead screwdriver or needle-nosed pliers. My suggestion here is be careful and try not to damage the black rubber gasket. Patience and taking time is all that is necessary. I made sure to work from the outside and the inside.
3. After you are sure it is removed (you should see light from the inside of the portlight), tape the horizontal seam wherever you do not want sealant.
4. Fill the joint from the inside to the outside. I would suggest one window at a time. Fill the joint fully from the inside. Move outside, finish filling the joint, and then smooth like a normal caulk joint. Use either 3M 4000 or Dow 795.
5. Remove the tape and clean up.
Here is the link to a blog for a fixed portlight: http://blog.taas.it/2013/05/for-catalina-36-ia-community.html

I have a persistent leaks during heavy rains through a couple of port lights. I only get water intrusion into the Latch Cavity. I changed the O-ring seals on all the Latches but still getting leaks. I just notice that H2O was coming out of this hole.
