[C320-list] Need ST4000 Autopilot Manual Supplement

I have an old Raymarine Autohelm ST4000 system (still working) that came with our boat when we bought her in 2017. Regrettably, my manuals were soaked and mildewed when I bought the boat because there was a window leak that had dripped into our navigation station.  So, most of the pages were stuck together.  I've found the manual online, but can't find the supplement (4 pages) which is titled  "Autohelm Seatalk Autopilot Operating Supplement".  It has a section in it about calibration that I can't read and may help me, since I'm trying to check all the settings, but can't get into the calibration mode.  Does anyone have the printed "supplement"?
