 I wouldn't do this unless you have a problem/leak and specific need. You could use something like a long, skinny brush like is used for cleaning under a refrigerator to help reach up inside the 2 drainage channels on the sides that drain into the cockpit, but that won't reach the back section. Just spray water on the top cover and let it slowly clean itself out.  I often get a bunch of gunk flowing out when I wash the boat.  Just don't overdo the spraying/flushing and cause leakage into the cabin.
