[C320-list] Raw water pump question

As I understand it, there are only two potential sources of water: the through Hull and the heat exchanger that the pump leads to.

If the water is coming from the hole in the pump that leads to the through Hull, it has to be coming from there. And the strainer does not hold a great deal of water.

The other hole, obviously, goes to the heat exchanger, which is higher than the pump. How much water does that hold? There has to be a limit because it's not going to suction water through the exhaust outlet.
