[C320-list] Lifeline hardware specs

I can second the use of West Marine rigging. They replaced our lower lifelines with uncovered wire. You simply mark the location of all of your hardware and send it to them, and you get your new lifelines in a week or two. I will say that I am contemplating using the Association's swaging tool to do the upper lifeline, though, as the process even reusing all of our hardware is not inexpensive.
