[C320-list] Anchor Line

I thought about doing as others have done by teeing in to the head sink, 
but decided to go a different route. I'm not convinced that the extra 
"hole" in the bottom is a bigger flooding/sinking risk than a long run 
of hidden tubing running almost the length of the boat. And the shorter 
run should result in additional pressure. So my problem with pressure is 
either too small a pump, or too small diameter tubing. Since the spray 
hose itself is pretty skinny, and is much smaller in diameter than the 
hoses that supply it, my first attempt at a fix is going to be to 
replace that with a larger diameter spray hose, when I get around to it. 
But there are higher priority projects.
