[C320-list] Spinnaker and Main halyards

The documentation from 1-13-93 states that all halyards are 3/8", 115'.

    3/8” (10mm) poly core and cover, x 115’. I’ve used 5/16” (8mm) Amsteel core for spin halyards and Technora core for Genoa and main halyards for years with no problem.
