[C320-list] Fuel filter micron sizes?

The recent discussion of fuel filters got me wondering: What micron size fuel filters do you use? 

I have heard some widely different advice:

- Catalina Direct’s tech support line recommends 10 microns for the Racor, and 2 microns for the engine-mount.

- The guy who does my engine maintenance recommends 30 microns for the Racor, and 10 microns for the engine-mount.

So, what do folks here use?
