Same here, adjustable cleat on genoa track.  This is the cleat I bought:

It's not cheap, at $139 (think it was $119 when I bought), but it's solid
stainless, and looks attractive.  And yes, I bought two, one for port and
one for starboard, though I only needed 1 for docking.  But I knew sooner
or later, in a last minute hectic switch of docking sides on approach, one
would get lost overboard.  So I bought two from the get go, to preserve a
marriage. :)
