[C320-list] Severe vibration at 1000 RPMs after engine mount replacement

FYI - The Perkins M30 manual lists 1,000 as the minimum RPMs. I assume this has to do with balance, given that it is a 3-cylinder engine (spacing of the crankshaft journals), and that balance issues are exacerbated at lower RPM speeds.
