[C320-list] Expired Flare Kits

In the UK it is common practice for sellers of new kits to offer to dispose of the old kit when you replace it. Maybe worth asking in the USA?

We also are able to make an appointment with local Coastguard who will dispose of them but you can’t just turn up uninvited!

I git rid of mine at 00:01 on 1st January, albeit from home, 250 miles from the nearest coastline!
