[C320-list] Drain aqua lift muffler? Engine won't start after charging batteries overnight

Kevin,

In my experience those drain valves are easily clogged, especially if not
used very often.

I have never opened mine, and after 25 years, would not expect to see much,
if anything, coming out of it.
